  This review is long over due. I've been a member of Crossfit No Boundaries for a year and absolutely love it. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, competent and motivating. They will challenge you to meet your goals but know when to modify work outs or correct your form to make sure you don't get hurt and get the most out of your time in the gym. There's a fun camaraderie in the gym and the members make everybody feel welcome. I started going to CrossFit No Boundaries to get in better shape for my other activities, but now its become and ends to itself. I look forward to going to in every morning, but don't fool yourself...you will be pushed to your limits. I'm stronger and leaner in my late 30's than I was in my early 20's thanks to the crew at CrossFit No Boundaries. Give these guys a call!
